Hello, I'm Nicole
As the CEO of HALCON Marketing and a strategist and consultant for nearly 15 years, I’ve helped national brands, small businesses, and non-profits transform into Wholehearted Brands™.
I’ve faced my own challenges in how to show up as a business owner while remaining true to myself.
I tried to climb the corporate ladder in NYC, LA, and SF to be told by many that my empathic and sensitive traits are weaknesses.
I want to share some of the lessons I’ve learned that have allowed me to grow my career and start a thriving business organically and intentionally because I believe there is no one way to be powerful and successful. I’m here to help you look deep inside yourself to uncover your true purpose and develop the strategies that let you stay authentic AND profitable.

Part 1
Authentic Branding
Branding is at the heart of every marketing tactic, and I believe it is the foundation that any entrepreneur needs to build first. Together, we will dive deep into your brand to uncover the “secret sauce” that makes you unique.
- Get to know your ideal client and develop authentic messaging that will resonate with them.
- Refine your visual identity, mission and vision statements, and all the things that make you YOU.
- Walk away with a completed Brand Book to serve as the guide for all of your marketing efforts.

Websites
Your website needs to clear, relevant, visually appealing, and most importantly – it needs to reflect YOU and YOUR BRAND.
- We'll conduct a full audit of your existing website (if you have one), and create a strategy to refine and revise your site.
- You'll learn which aspects of your site are the most important, and the most likely to attract, or deter, your audience.
- In the end, you'll have simple messaging that makes an IMPACT, and what you do, offer, or sell will be abundantly clear within seconds.

Social Media

Duh! At the end of the 12 weeks you will have gone through all the modules of the program, but you can go back and revisit them at anytime.
I’m combining the best aspects of a mastermind and course all in one. Tons of amazing modules and worksheets, with the support you need to implement the strategies into your business.
The live trainings are approximately every other week throughout the 12-week course. All live trainings will be recorded for viewing later, so don’t worry if you can’t make one!
This is a small intimate mastermind limited to 20 individuals (aka your new business besties!)
